I love this story so much, I love the description of Mello's eyes and how he describes Matt as NOT AS INDIFFERENT AS EVERYONE ELSE IN THE ORPHANAGE even though everyone calls Matt indifferent and the title is "Indifference" and L called him indifferent, Mello says they're all wrong
And I love how Mello is here, his flaming blue eyes are him, and it's wonderful and you should update regularly! This is so, so very good! Good job good job good job kudos!

I usually like L, but dear fuck. He looks like a selfish prick in this fic.

I've read quite a few pre-wammy house stories and this one stands out to me probably the most. It's a lovely/sad story and still believable enough that I really enjoyed reading it :D
