Mute aged pretty damn good for a 30 year old Third Gen- but she's a Third Gen so she wasn't 'designed', she's Dr. Loude's actual daughter. Reyvateil don't even need to physically sing to actualize their Song Magic, so a mute Reyvateil is just as effective in a combat or medical capacity as any other.

It's a cute story though. Kind of weird that the Mind Guardian is so upfront about her origin when Hama and Don Leon were so secretive about it, but maybe Mute's psyche really is that accomodating to Katene. Still, Level 1 is so open, and this childhood memory seems too meaningful to be its focus. It's also kind of literal.

Why does having the installer port in the neck negate the voice? I'm afraid with all my knoledge of reyvetail i do not understand.

I rather like Mute when she is in petite mode.
