Somehow I totally believe that Merlin tripped and face planted after that last line. But I really enjoyed the story!

You really know the characters. That was what made this probably the best merlin fanfic I have read in a long time. I really enjoyed (this might sound bad) the torment you put Merlin and Arthur through. The neat this was how you got the spacing right: not too much description, while still managing to stretch it out an not rush it.
I wasn't expecting Arthur to discover that Merlin had magic! You did it in such a graceful way, too. I couldn't help but feel as if that would be how it would have really happened (if this whole scenario had been in the shows).
All in all, it was a great piece. Thank you so much for clearly putting so much time and effort into this. Please keep writing!

Really liked Reak, giving Merlin an animal friend was a nice touch...although...isn't there a species of falcon called "Merlin"?

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she live in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and dad. She got so bad she went to killed all the staff in the hospital, so the More-government decided that the bebest way to get rid of her was to kill her, so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now ever week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, cutting you and watching you bleed to death

Oh dear god I think I screamed a little when I realized that this was complete. *zooms off to find a sequel*

The end made me smile. Emrys is awesome! Everyone was in character and on task. Also, I love Reak the raven : D
