I read this story in one go, it is absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to start the sequel, this is just excellent work. I've always felt that Hermione and Percy were better suited for one another.

This is a wonderfully written story, which I really enjoyed reading. Your characterization is beautiful and the plot extraction from the existing framework without repetition from the original is brilliant. This is one of the best portrayals of Percy too and as commented on by another reviewer, you have done much more justice to that character. As for Hermione, what’s not to love about her! She’s my favorite character and the way you have written her is so very good. Please add an epilogue if at all possible. Even if not, thank you for writing this story and I hope you find the time to write more such stories.

I have to be honest: I thought what you did with Percy in this story was WAY BETTER than what J. K. Rowling did with him. I mean, I'll admit that my liking for Percy and Hermione as a couple biases me in your favor, but it honestly just seemed a complete shame that she dragged him through the mud like that after taking the time to develop him as a character. I also liked how you set up the government reconstruction; the originals didn't address any of the political ramifications of the war, and it just seemed like by the time "The Cursed Child" came around that the government hadn't actually gone through any upheval, which without deliberate preparation seems pretty unrealistic. I get that it's way easier to write Percy off as a sycophantic jerk instead of figuring out how to use him strategically without pulling the focus off Harry, but it would have made the character so much better.

I loved this story. So. Much! I can't believe I'm just now discovering it! I love Hermione and Percy, and you did their characterization justice! I was also happy with how accurate this felt to the books. And no bashing! This story was such a gift. Thank you thank you! I'm definitely following you so that if you write more of this, or more stories in general, I will be there! This will be one of those fics that I go back to again and again when I need a Percy/Hermione fix. Great job! 3

LOVED THIS STORY! You don’t read a lot of Percy & Hermione pairings and I loved this one

I just wanted to say this was one of the most enjoyable stories I’ve read in quite a while, it really embodied why I enjoy fanfic as a genre(?) so much (is it a genre, I’m honestly not sure) but either way, I loved this one.
