And you actually pointed out something I'd never thought of before; why did Dory react the way she did to Marlin leaving her when so many others left her? Just... ahhh this is great _

That's a lovely story. Although, I have always wondered why Dory didn't just follow Marlin home. But I think you got the character of Dory really well. I like how you were able to take the lines of the movie and expand on the scene a bit rather than just write the scene out,

Ohh! So sweet. "I look at you and I'm home" is like, the best line ever. Also, I love how you made a point to mention that she never forgot Marlin's name. That's very important. :D
