Rather an abrupt end. There has been so much angst in this story so far, i feel it needs to be balanced with a bit of happiness - wedding, home to pemberley, Mr Darcy happy at last. Your lizzy has come over as a bit of a swooning ninny, saying the wrong things to Darcy and not being decisive about Mr Collins care. I didn't like her much by the end eg complaining that he didn't come! When she had told him to stay away! Typical!

Why is elizabeth being such an idiot. Couldn't she be clear that she would welcome his declarations after her period of mourning?

He's surely not going to marry Anne? Is this a regency Romeo and juliet?
