I just can't believe I never read this before it is amazing! I don't think you will read review, but I trully hope that wherever you are you know how good of a writer you are.

Your review counter was making my eye itch so I [had] to even out the playing field (and also because your stories are so underrepresented, or at least, under-appreciated that I had to fix this immediately). Favs are one thing but feedback - jeez, writers need some open lovin' too. And you wholly deserve it for this piece.

I have been out of the Bleach fandom for a while ... well at least ever since the fall of Aizen, but the fandom I always find myself coming back to on here is UlquiHime. It seems more out of habit now than anything but you - YOOOU have once again reminded me why I always come back to these two. It has even been longer since I've read a good UlquiHime, much less an amazing one, and it had made me question my standards - am I being too harsh with these writers, too nitpicky, why can I not be satisfied... but then I read this story and I know why. It is writing like this that makes me have the standards I have now. I absolutely cannot find one thing I can give you constructive criticism for because you have done what I have been exactly looking for.

The way you took us through the beginnings of these two characters' relationship without going on a long history of each event that had happened until this point was done so seamlessly and gave just enough of that development to make the strength and stability of their bond tangible.. (e.g. tying Ulqui's first tie for work, being an accomplice to Orihime's scheme of helping out the neighborly kids, etc.) It's little details like these that make me want to slap something in happiness. Ulquiorra's progress on socializing made me smile (and the karaoke part just made me outright laugh because that scene - I could [see] it.) And it goes without saying that you have his vocabulary nailed down.

Now don't get me started on how you navigated through Orihime's thoughts - I'll probably have to make a separate review on that on one of your other stories since I got carried away and jumped to one of your other works so now what I want to say here and over there are jumbled. I just found it a bit funny how she's thinking all of those things that make us wonder, man, how long is the other individual (Ulquiorra in this case) being made to wait just to hear her say something - when really, only a few seconds must have passed. Because to us readers, the thoughts are what take up the majority of the interaction but it's actually one of the most necessary components to the character and pairing's development. And it's definitely one of the things that I appreciate the most about your writing.

Also, how you use objects... for instance, the teacups at the end here. Those 'lil cups were a nice segue into emphasizing the routine and starting foundation for their friendship in the past and now. Oh and did I even talk about actions? Because what I have noticed from your writing is that you are aware of the power of actions, whether it is a flippant hand wave or staring at a wisp of smoke. These descriptions make the imagery more visceral and adds to the characterization. And now I'm going to cut it off here before I run myself into a circle of praises.

Ulquiorra must have an awesome self-restain now with all the boys she dated remain healty and save and well more importantly is still alive. Because you remember right? He have this awfull habit to stab someone chest with his bare hand until it become a hole when he’s pissed off. Heh.
I love this! Fluff and kinda cute without anyone being OOC. Ulquiorra couldn’t wait to cuddle with –now oficially, his Orihime! To think about it, it’s sweet of them.

I really loved this story. I usually don't like the ones after the war because I like depressing ones. But this one was cute and you somehow managed to keep them in character too. Wonderful job. Thanks for writing it.

I don't want to sound like a dork and start praising your writing with unnecessary and exorbitant wording so blunting, your writing is straight up pro. It's too good. That was absplutely positively adorable. The feels were so well described and I could get a real feel for their past. The whole wasted time thing made me smile. Everyone was in good character, and I loved Ulquiorra's way of confessing things. Great job with the research thing, it gave me good imagry. A legit SAW the anime setting. Beautiful. I loved Ulquiorra and Orihime here. They were completely in character. The emotions were so strong and yet believable. Very strong and well written. pat on your back for such a beautiful story.
