Wow. These three are really great. Really fabulous observations about the two of them. Nicely done.

I am really enjoying the style of the stuff you write, and though it was slightly more choppy than other stuff, it still got me where you wanted me to do and smoothly.

The simplicity used in this story to describe everything I believe in about this couple is a stroke of brilliance. Really. Wonderful job!

Ace of Gallifrey chapter 1 . 12/8/2011
Well, I loved it. It was an amazing metaphor, well-extended. Beautifully visual representation of just what it was that set Jess Mariano apart from the crowd of Rory's Boys.

And, more than ever, it makes me so glad that we got to see Jess's triumphant return in Season Six, because even if it ended kinda badly for everyone involved... he was vindicated at last. I loved him from the start (how could I not? It's JESS, and even when he was a little punk who was being unnecessarily cruel to Luke he still had that spark of greatness in him), but I don't think I could have honestly, truly, in good conscience, been a Lit shipper if he had not come back and proved- irrevocably- what we always suspected he would be.

He found that straight path. Not mainstream, he wasn't taking any freeways, but he found a cool back-country highway with some amazing views to make up for the potholes, and that was just what had to be to save Rory. It was a reversal of roles in the most beautiful way. And you illustrated that here simply and elegantly.
