I read this in 2013 - 7 years ago and this is still the most incredible writing I have ever had the privilege to read.

Wow, since chapter 15 rolled around Santana has been a giant fucking moron pretty much every moment of every chapter.

This is my 2nd time to read this fic and it still amaze me how wonderfully written this story is, I love every character development though I'm really torn about faberry in here its really in the fine line of friendship and romance

I’m like a decade late so I know this review won’t matter much. Anyways this was an amazing story and it unfolded like a movie especially in the second half. But one thing that confused me throughout was the lack of racism. This took place during a war that was fought primarily over slavery and even when they were being trudged through the south there was not one mention of Santana’s darker skin by anyone she encountered. Idk it almost seemed as if that part about her was forgotten.

you have to laugh and cry at the same time. your story captivates with love in detail. I also really like how you brought in other glee characters, but not over the top! I think I definitely had tears in my eyes for the last 6 chapters! it's definitely on my favorites list! but I would have wished there had been a prologue in which Brittany and Santana, maybe a few years after britt's father passed away, would have found peace. Santana might have her own practice. Brittany and Santana have a happy and carefree life on the farm... ;-) too bad you didn't write more Brittana stories! Brittana is the only couple I care about! :-D
