I like this one a lot. I like Shepard's little obsession, Garrus's worry, and Kelly being a competent therapist.

And the inclusion of Kelly makes me all the happier. Because you show the aspect that many people don't go over in fics; how Shepard can cope with the fact that she's been dead for so long.
