Ok so I gotta point out that the hiraishin only works with seals either on an object like a kunai or on a person or surface. Naruto using it this way unexplained and just saying bloodline is a little far fetched. The closest you could get to this is if Naruto had the swift release bloodline.

Every single writer who wrote the same plot as this i'll tell you this make your own plot for godsake all fanfiction writer have no originality in them or creativity atleast make it more special like the few of fanfic writers who have real originality and creativity unlike you your stupid enough to write, that after telling naruto the truth about his parents and godfather he easily accepts this atleast make it realistic you shitty writer like naruto being mad at the third and jiraya for 1 year then partly forgive them you shitty writer

Wow, I like the concept you have going on here. There's not a lot of fanfiction that delves into politics and I think it could be just as thrilling as action scenes. Great job with the writing. I haven't noticed any grammatical errors or anything of the sort.
