This story is different than what I expected, but I did admire the aspects while combining certain scenes and other DC characters throughout each chapter. Keep up the excellent work.

First off, I knew from the chapter title that I would love this.
And the sidekick stories were really interesting. I think Tula's was perhaps my favorite. Great job!
There were a few grammatical errors.
When someone is speaking (eg. "I don't know where we're going," he said.) there should always be a comma rather than a period, unless the sentence is something like: "I don't know where we're going." He glanced around nervously.
Other than that, great job!

Nice chapter! I'm sorry this review is going to be a bit short, but I did love your characterizations, especially of Static and Bumblebee. It's nice to see underappreciated characters get some attention.

I'm so glad you were okay after your car accident. That must have been awful.

For this chapter, I don't think there's much wrong with it. One thing: "the people who didn't have any cash on hand often paid with their credit card or wrote a check." I'm pretty sure it's more common to use a credit card, so it might work better as, "people who didn't have a credit card paid in cash or wrote a check." Just a thought.
/"Someone set off the alarm and I want to know who," said Icicle Sr./ I'd imagine that Icicle Sr. would be pretty angry that someone set off the alarm, so maybe be a bit more descriptive. Maybe he shouted, or maybe his face is contorted with rage. Just a little something so the reader can feel the emotion a bit more.
ALSO GO ARTEMIS! Love seeing that girl kick butt! And seeing Static was amazing too.

So grammar wise, my critiques are the same as last chapter.
I thought Stargirl trying to criticize Robin and Impluse on watching Looney Toons and then getting sucked into it herself was quite amusing.
I would think though, that it sounds more in character for Paula Crock to say, "It's okay with me" instead of "it's okay by me" simply because the last one feels like something a teenager would say.

So far, this is off to a really promising start! I loved Jimmy's part in the beginning-it's nice to see him getting a little attention and I hope that won't be the last we see of him.
The whole plot with the sun drop diamond was really interesting and I loved Artemis' part. She was one of my favorites and, since most YJ fanfic is about Robin, it's nice to see her taking the spotlight for a chapter at least. Also loved Huntress' appearance. I love her too, lol.
I think the biggest thing you need to watch out for is grammar.
/"Don't even think about it." She replied./
/"I know you told me that." He said./
Something like that should be:
/"Don't even think about it," she replied./
/"I know you told me that," he said./
There would be a period if the sentence went like this:
/"Don't even think about it." She turned to glare at him./
/"I know you told me that." He hastily avoided her gaze./
Otherwise, I think that this is going really well so far!
