WOW! This is amazing, I can't wait to see the sequel!

I have no clue how this story doesn't have a multitude of reviews, favorites, and follows. This story is by my the best story I have read on this website and I stand by it 100%. It's absolutely incredible how you manage to perfect each character's personality perfectly. You make it feel so real, and make their relationship feel believable. You dig into each and every aspect of their confusing but incredible relationship and take make each encounter invigorating. I have a whole new outlook on their relationship, and this story concluded for me that the belief the author purposely meant for them to be together. Thank you so much for writing this because it made me believe in their relationship when others didn't. Bravo!

This is one of the best kingcrabshipping fics I've ever read. In fact, I started reading it last night and couldn't help but finish it today. The build-up killed me, but it was worth it. The best thing about this fic is how amazingly and accurately you portrayed Jack's character. It was perfect! And then a bunch of little things made me happy. Crow's crush on Jack, all the flash-backs, the re-interpretation of canon scenes. I'm really glad there's a sequel, which I'm probably going to start reading this week.

I liked this alot it was rely good, you are amazing and Nail the characters, your Yusei and Jack were right on, even if they were together, you can see this happening ...poor yusei waiting so long, somone was a little impatient, I loved this, yes Yusei is a realist, and the ending though sad becuse im sure its going to torment Yusei while he is away, Jack will be Jack

Finally! Much like Yuusei is feeling, I'm sure, I just want to scream to the heavens. Oh, my...the inexplicable building of tension makes the eventual confession that much more satisfying. Oh, my goodness. I loved it. I loved everything. Thank you for writing this great story.

Man. Yuusei's really got it bad, hasn't he? It'll be nice to see all of these feelings - on both their parts - culminate into a more direct confrontation...it is truly a long tease, this story. But those are my favorites.

Dear, sweet goodness...that was quite something. Cute, little, drunken Yuusei talking about his feelings...sitting in Jack's lap...I can't get over that image.

Yuusei's thoughts during this chapter were very cute...and also very saddening at times. I'm loving where this is going.

And the chapters just keep getting better and better. You've really developed quite the emotional background between these two.

I'm a little bit biased when I say this, but I'd like to punch Aki in the face. Still, I think you portray her character well.

Definitely my favorite chapter so far. And as for something you said a couple of author's notes ago - it isn't that the flashbacks are jarring, per say, but the first couple, in my opinion, just leave you going "...what?" before you realize that the story alternates between present and past.

You really captured Jack's despair. The last couple of paragraphs were especially intriguing.

I feel like the transition from the previous chapter to this one was a little abrupt, but nevertheless, it was enjoyable. I feel that a certain Jack/Carly-ness is inevitable if you're trying to keep things realistic (canon). But of course I'm looking forward to more Jack/Yuusei interaction.

This is adorable. Your style is very captivating, and I'm so looking forward to reading the next chapters (and the sequel).

Jack letting Yuusei keep his first card...that was a touching moment. And I just felt so at peace when Jack was in his special place. You can really build an atmosphere.

You did an absolutely splendid job! Jack and Yusei's characteristics are really close to the canon, not many fanfics could have this, although OOCness in many fanfics could give me the romance scenes that we cannot possibly see in the anime, but closing to the character like this one is really rare and somehow make it special, and REAL, as if there could really be the romance between Jack and Yusei, not only just a fangirl's fantasy y'know ~ 3
