The only dislike I have for this thus far is his conflicting personality. He likes adventure and he relies on stealth to win his battles, on top of that he’s been shown to be quite smart even when compared to the human races. I can understand the anger and deep rage that stems from the endless bigotry he faces, but the fact he ‘roars’ at every single thing that makes him even slightly angry goes against his tactful, stealthy nature. The way he’s been built as a character I’d expect him to grumble and keep it to himself or, if he had to reply, he’d return the scorn quietly, even if he had to growl out his response.

Superb. This writing touches on many things that are unspoken but felt in our society. Your main protagonist is awesome.

Loving this story so far. The only critique I have at the moment is Lydia's early behaviour. It's good that you don't hide her bigotry, but I don't think she would be the type to blurt everything that passed through her head. She was raised by at least a moderately well off family, manners would have been drilled into her even hanging around her father. Some ignorant and perhaps some mean spirited statements, yes, but her particular brand of malice paired with her almost stupid devotion to her duty really clashed and didn't strike me as believable. It hasn't detracted from my enjoyment of these later chapters, though! Love this story!

It's really surprising about Lydia's prejudice and reading about them all over again is rather amusing especially when you find that she knows nothing about it and its all second hand knowledge. It's truly great to look at especially when you think about it, because people can be the exact same way.

Ahh... Nord wisdom at its finest. Both of these chapters make me frown at how bad Nords do treat others differently than them. You've captured it rather well in this tale and I definitely can't wait until I finish this again.

I remember this story! I swear, I've been searching for this one for ages! Love this story just on how... great it was showing the disgust for everyone about an Orc being the Dragonborn.
