Ah, poor Motoko. I'd curse Kaolla's name here if I didn't know she didn't realize what she did lol. This chapter was really good tbh. I at first was worried Motoko had attacked Keitaro with a real sword, I'll admit. This is not as bad as I thought, haha! Good job though. I'm liking this fanfic so far :D

Glad you gave Naru an arguably justifiable reason to beat Keitaro in this chapter (her constant abuse towards him in the anime would've been fine if she didn't beat the crap out of him for no reason more than half the time), and glad to see everyone worried about him after Motoko had injured him, although I kind of dislike that Naru thought he was faking, although to be fair with the usual logic I can see why she'd think that. Overall, this was a good chapter :)

Well I've had two landlords myself. One just did month to month but demanded three months rent up front (first month, last month, and a security deposit). The other one did a lease but didn't demand anything but first month up front.

Nice to see that Motoko is beginning to wise up to the Fox.

probably one of the best love hina fanfics I've ever read I like that your actually exploring what the consequences of whats happened are like naru getting sick motoko failing to find any problem with keitaro mutsumi and mitsune reaction and keitaro's missing naru and it affects him also like that you give credit where it's due and not being weird about this
