This is a great concept. I like the peek at the present and then flashing back towards the pass. The start of it was chilling and you can't but feel sympathy because in reality their both children thrown into a very grown up sistuation which is really what the outsiders is all about kind of like Darry with raising a family before his time. We forget how young he is because Ponyboy see him as "old " in his eyes as well. I figure Tim is Angela's "Darry" the glue of the family as well. I kind of wanted to give Angela a hug during the first chapter, lol.

I don't think this fic gets enough love. Definitely great writing and characterization. I feel like it could be a companion piece to That Was Then, This Is Now.

I really like this. All the characters are in character and Angela's not a Mary Sue. I like how you made her kinda forget Dallys name. I also like how you've kinda went into the hippie era and showed that they changed and didn't completely stay greasers their whole lives. Keep up the good work. -Michaela

I love Angela, but I've always been too scared to write her as a main character-but it seems like you have a great handle on it! I can't wait for the second chapter. Hope to read some more Shepard drama!

Why doesn't this have more reviews? Oh, yeah most people on here suck, and only like sucky stories, which is a real shame, considering this seems like it's gonna be a really good story. You had me hooked from the start. I can't wait for an update.
