ShinyTogeticFTW chapter 4 . 11/11/2012 You're referencing The Year That Never Was, aren't you? When you say "he saved their lives so many times, without them knowing he was there, never staying, never asking for anything in return..." that's from Martha's speech, when she's telling the story of the Doctor to all the refugees around the world! It never occurred to me until when I read that here that, yeah, Wilf would've been there for that; it's another parallel, just like Donna's World when she turned right... and just like with Donna remembering the phrase "Bad Wolf" from her counterpart in Donna's World, an echo of memory could bleed through and be remembered by Wilf here. *headcanon accepted* |
Vilinye chapter 5 . 6/4/2012 I saved this one to favorites ages ago, but didn't review it. I can't believe that...this is so beautiful, absolutely beautiful. |
Dark K. Sly chapter 4 . 11/27/2011 Oh, man. It just KILLS to know that, had he not been there, the Doctor wouldn't have died. The ending might be completely different, but he might not have died. The way to hell and all that jazz. |
Dark K. Sly chapter 3 . 11/27/2011 I ~ALWAYS~ cry, even from just remembering that part. It makes you wonder what kind of father the Doctor did get - I mean, being sent to watch the whole of time and space into the Time Vortex as a child, trained to be a Time Lord, away from his family, and then spending so long with the human race, where the rules are so different. |
Dark K. Sly chapter 2 . 11/27/2011 Hm, intriguing. Maybe I'm a little slow, but I didn't quite get who is this guy. I'll just keep reading. |
Dark K. Sly chapter 1 . 11/27/2011 Oh, Wilf, he sure was one of the best even if he never got to be a true companion, with more than a single trip along the Doctor. |
quoththeraven5 chapter 4 . 11/27/2011 wilf is awesome! I love him! :) |
Mappadouji chapter 1 . 11/23/2011 Love it! |
