This story was great, but it felt like the beginning of a story rather than a complete one. Maybe next time the ending could be a little stronger so it could have a sense of finality. But I absolutely loved Hikaru seeing the two of them in the prop room and thinking “No, don’t!”
As for Mei, there didn’t seem to be a reason for her to be in the story except to make the couple need to do it in the bathroom rather than Haruhi’s bed. Her appearance just felt like dead weight.
I LOVED Kao crawling in through the window. How sweet and romantic! Ah, young love!
