Love this much but I want a deeper side of Yukina

I just finished reading Morning Sun and this fic (okay, not just, but I've read them both within the span of three days), and I have to say that I really, really, really love the way you write Kisa (especially Kisa) and Yukina. I feel like you have a really good understanding of their characters, and I love seeing how they, their development and their relationship changes as their surroundings change from one story to the next.

Kisa especially. Have I said that already? He's an unhealthy balance of sugary-sweet cuteness and bitter, jaded adult, and I find many authors lean too heavily on one side or the other. You, however, get it just right. (Or at least, the way I think of Kisa as being. Exactly two level teaspoons of sugar in my coffee please. No milk... Well, maybe a little when Yukina's around.)

I love your OC's Shiori and Shizuko. They really complement the story well. They're Kisa's family, for sure.

Yukina's someone I don't really understand. He's seems too perfect, but I like him nonetheless. There has to be a hidden flaw there somewhere... I like to think he's not as pure, or kind, or innocuous as he appears to be in the manga and in fanfictions... I mean, he can't be if he chats up girls to get them to buy manga (his favorite manga, but still).

in my opinion, you are one of the best authors out there...
this was such an awesome story! it was such a hot day, and i could've been downstairs, but instead, i was cooking in the heat because i needed my charger for my laptop... shame on you, making your readers take such drastic actions just to finish reading your work! ;P

I was unsatisfied with your ending. Nothing spectacular. Any epilogue?

I'm surprised that Yukina did not defend Kisa in front of that guy...or maybe they got Mino the bouncer...

Another great story! I like your characterizations of Yukina and Kisa - they are very honest and realistic. I hope you continue to write stories about them - maybe a different twist next time? Something with action or a crime twist AU perhaps? I look forward to it.

Not only was this story the first SIH fanfic that I've read, but it's also one of my favourites (along with Morning Sun). I'm sad to see it end but I look forward to reading more of your work in the future :)
