This is really good, I notice that it hasn’t been updated in a long time. I hope you continue the story, a lot of great ones never get finished and leaves everyone in perpetual suspense as what happens next.

I don't believe I have ever teared up over the destruction of a robotic life form in a story before, even for robots with emotion and memory chips. But wow if you haven't really pulled something serious together here. Really though, this is fantastic. And it appears as though you may continue to update, so I do insist you do so at your earliest ability. I must see how this plays out, and I am most sincerely rooting for Jack to be safe and to evade the villains.

I greatly admire your clever trap plan and the description Bean proposes for Jack's state of mind affairs. Of course I can only presume the character who has grabbed Dojo is one of two people: Chase, or Katnappe.

From the prologue it sounded like he transported himself somewhere in the southern USA. If so, that must be an accident caused by flight response and non-training with powers.

Another fine chapter, and yes, it does feel quite like a scenario of "the game is afoot" for finding Jack and convincing him to take a side. In fact, he is quite in danger, as for the first time each party will be vying for his skills. Certainly he will be unable to take all this in like he has so casually every other time. I do wish him the best.

You hold a solid point on the Chinese elements.

Hannibal and Wuya teaming up isn't so hard to perceive. But the reactions to this news certainly is excellent. A good chapter overall.

Very excellent description of chi, and of the fight area. Following the proper anatomical addition with the muscle made me pleased. Then, oh then...the wonderful moment when you see Jack Spicer can control metal. That is always a tricky one to get right, and oh did you get it right.

I am so intrigued by Chase's reaction upon seeing Jack's sudden ability. I do like the way you wrote Jack's own reaction.

Omi just made my day. Though, I'll admit I was about as freaked out as Master Fung was upon hearing all of this dark vengeance talk.

I'm sure Jack would be so pleased to hear the monks actually care about him, in this strange, strange way.

Master Fung makes everything better. Everyone should be consoled by a Master Fung when they are going through a bad time.
