I tried, but I'm giving up at chapter 175 or something. It was sweet for a while, a bit boring, but sweet. Then the freaking OCs! I don't mind some, but this is too much & they're not likeable. Marcus, just a cooler, better version of John. Really? Couldn't get someone not Johnesk. Ugh! Jonathan (really, couldn't choose a better name?). I hate that smarmy, a##hole Stephen. Then I hated Mycroft for his "I know better than everyone else and I'm in charge so you better kiss my toes or I'll make you disappear" attitude. Also this is just a freaking Mycroft story! Why have John and Sherlock in it anyway since you won't let them do anything! And the stuffed animals! Really?! Very unsubtle way of referring to them as children. No bada## John, no bada## Sherlock in here because there is a ton of OCs & a freaking Mycroft who takes over everything! No. Everyone is better, cooler, smarter than John & Sherlock. Regarding them, it's as if everyone thinks of them as "Aw! Let the cute little boys play. Aw! Look at them & their cute little murder crime solving! So adorable! Now let's get back to adult work." Reading this is really affecting my mood in a very bad way. I appreciate your hard work, but this is very disappointing & I can't continue.

Also, I love your little cross references. "He looked a bit like a hobbit "... cute. The scene from the devil's foot was also great.

I just noticed how many of those stories are in this book and I'm honestly so glad right now. Usually, you just find around four of those short stories in this quality, and I'm delighted to find an exception!

Really enjoying this, but I do have a suggestion. Please put some sort of divide, like a line or x between scenes. Sometimes I have to double check to make sure that you switched to another scene or location.

Frank's the real hero of this story.

I really, REALLY love how you're tying in the original Sherlock stories with the dreams. It makes me sad, in a way that reminiscing the past does for people, but it's absolutely brilliant. In the words of that one Doctor Who character- Sarah? Sally? She was the photographer that discovered the Weeping Angelssad things are happy for deep thinkers". Damn, I'm bad at talking. Nostalgia makes me hella happy, and I've never seen this sort of thing in a story before. So, cheers.

Haha I'm not ready to dedicate myself to reading all of these chapters, but from what I've read so far this is really well written. Like just the first chapter was really good and intriguing.

This is by far, one of the most angsty, sweetest, colorful, in depth, original pieces of fanfiction I've ever read.

I discovered this story by accident yesterday and have spent most of last night and today devouring it. I love what you've done with the canon characters and with your OCs (including, or perhaps especially, the stuffies) and how the complications just keep turning up. You are an excellent writer, and I really do hope this story is not dead; I'm putting it on my follow list just in case.

I'm only on ch 18, but I wanted to review before I forget what I wanted to say. You have truly fascinating ideas but they need better organization. So far anyway, it's all jumbled together and kind of hard to follow when you keep switching back and forth between points of view in the same chapter. I got it, but I'm just saying your reader shouldn't have to pause and think, it should be seamless. Also, each chapter seems unconnected; they need better transitions. I think maybe, and it would probably be a big project, you should put all 233 chapters together and then go back and edit it so that each chapter is longer and the story smoother. Your ideas have such great potential, but it comes off very rough.
