The fears, concerns, repetition of "in a godforsaken desert"...and I love her trying to joke that she wants to one-up him...and him pleading "Don't" as he doesn't want what happened to him when he was captive to happen to her or for her to be EVER captured again. I was just happily reading and then suddenly, BAM. He says "don't", and there are tears all over the place. But this is beautiful, and I love it. I'm a little too tired at present to think of a good #31 (the first thing that comes to mind seems to be 'visit Paris with Ziva again', but that's hardly creative), but I love this fic.
