| Linariel chapter 18 . 9/7/2016 Really enjoying this story. I feel like you do well capturing the friendship between Dick and Barbara. As well as the whole team. I like the idea of this being a way for Barbara to learn the truth. Seems plausible that Dick could have been training her to be a crimefighter without her knowing it. I love the team up of Artemis and Barbara to save Dick. Always thought those two would make a great team. Now that Barbara knows maybe we'll see Batgirl make her first appearance? I'd like that personally. Artemis getting heavy focus in here is great as well. Always liked the dynamic she had with Dick. And I love the brother/sister angle between her and Dick. This has to be the best Robin and Slade apprentice fic I've seen yet. It shows Dick's struggle against Deathstroke and uniquely plays with his mental psyche in a painful but all too real way. I think you do a good job staying in character as well. This whole concept is written a lot on here but I think that you have managed to do it in a way that is unique and refreshing. I like the detective angle and the way you're connecting Barbara in the story. Plus all the characters seem pretty great. Just this is well written and an engaging read. I hope you continue soon I really think you're doing an excellent job with this fic keep it up! |
