At the moment I have no idea how I went for the middle of this chapter to the beginning of the fourth one. But I somehow managed it. I had to back track two chapters to find my place again. Now then, I have to agree with you about a weak HP. A super powered HP can be interesting if handled one of two ways. One is with good writing and story plot. The other is as humor. I've read both and enjoyed them. This doesn't strike me as being a super powered unstoppable HP story line. It's more like a very strong and smart HP. These first two chapter are very interesting and I'm hoping the rest of the story lives up to these. I did notice the mention of MoooRon being Neville's friend in this story. Fortunately you gave Hermione the common sense to get away from those two early and join other students that'd be nicer to her. I really can't understand why Hermine never told MoooRon to go stick his head in Black Lake and inhale deeply. He's stupid enough that she might've been able to convince him it'd be good for him. In the regular HP stories I don't understand why she didn't work on Harry to see that his meeting the Weasley family was a set up. As has been pointed out by other authors, Molly walking around Kings Cross Station talking loudly about muggles and continuing to ask about what the platform number was would easily break the Statute of Secrecy. That would've very likely ended the supposed friendship between Harry and MoooRon. MoooRon being such a coward that he is, I never understood why he didn't run at the sight of the troll. So it seems to me that Dumbledore had a hand in their supposed continuing friendship.

Your description of characters is REALLY weird and you seem to have an obsession with dancers. Saying that Harry has dancer-like legs is weird but now another person has a dancers body, why? Are all of the guys in your story extremely effeminate for some reason?

I'm surprised he's in Ravenclaw- only a fool would think that having emotions makes you weak. Does he think his father is weak for loving his mother, or any other parents he's ever met? Somehow society has lasted this long, despite all their "weakness".
