“I would have gone anywhere with you.” That line struck me so hard, I got teary eyed. I feel like Ichigo did let her walk away. Hisana, Renji, Byakuya, they all failed her in some way or another. Rukia would’ve followed Ichigo to the ends of the world if only he asked.

Fuck. This made me cry when I read it on tumblr. And it's made cry again reading it here. God, I feel Rukia's bitterness, regret, and resignation. *sigh* This is not how I pictured ending Christmas eve...Ah well. As angsty and depressing as this chapter was, it's very well written and succinct. Hoping the next chapter will be more uplifting and on the happy side...

Although bleach is over, I have not read any FF from bleach in a long time, just cause of how the manga ended. I was kinda pissed how rushed the ending was. This was cute! I enjoyed how it began and ended.
