I really liked this. I don't think it was weird that it wasn't 'infused with humor' as you said, because I think Shawn would very quickly see the downside to being truly psychic like that, and it would make him more serious.

Wow. This was amazing. I actually got teary eyed. Also shivered when I got to the 'she wants to thank you' part. Great story!

After the third scene or so I had to give up because I got confused by all the 'Jim'-mentioning in here; who's that supposed to be? If it's just a reoccuring typo, could you maybe fix that? And in that case, please let me know so I can give reading your story another shot, since the premise is one I rather like.

I think the lack of humor (compared to the show's usual amount) contrasted well with what happened in the story.

Oh my goodness. This was officially the coolest thing ever! I pictured it in my head perfectly as it went along, and it played in my mind like any other (albeit slightly strange) episode of Psych! My favorite line had to be "Gus, don't be that thing stuck to the bottom of my shoe." You did an excellent job, I can't wait to read more from you.
