I like how you do the Doctor's internal dialogue. It's very him, and it works really well with the first person perspective.

So I read your entire 13-episode series, like, a year ago, but I never left any reviews or anything, and I just rediscovered it and I'm thinking I'll reread it because I LOVED it. This time I'll try to make up for not reviewing before. :)

I'm going to re-read this whole series because it is just plain genius. I still feel the loss of Scone keenly, even after all these years (gosh, it's been YEARS). The humour in this is perfect, but also the serious notes. How you can switch the tone in a sentence is amazing. I'm always saying you're amazing, but that's only because it's true.

You're an inspiration. Keep it up.

In the meantime, it's onwards to Tresspass. The best thing about it being YEARS is that I don't remember everything that happens. Relive the epic! :)

Until those last couple chapters I didn't stop giggling. The betting bit with Amy at the beginning was particularly delightful (for everyone except the Doctor, of course). And, since I started with Season of the Witch, I was both surprised and interested to see Jessica pop up. I don't have time right now, but I will try to dig out her story from among your other works at some point in the future.

Nice job! I like how the story took off on its own. I'll miss Scone!

Telling Scone, who had eleven brothers and sisters and can have more any time Pond chooses to use the oven, who, so long as there is a recipe and flour and chickens for the eggs, can never be the last living Scone, that I'm sorry and that I don't expect him to understand.
-That actually hurts now. Really, properly hurts. Because of Asylum of the Daleks and some other things...

This was an awesome, awesome story. First off, I loved how Amy and the Doctor reacted to each other over the scone comment. And I loved how Scone became an actual character throughout the course of the story. I came in expecting a fluff piece of comedy and was shocked to find an actual serious story (with still quite a bit of comedy in it.) I'm looking forward to reading the other twelve stories.
