Ooh, an update! I love this story and was so excited to come back for a reread and discover a new chapter. I am excited to see how things work out next.

Great chapter.

You meander far, far, FAR too much in your chapters. This results in constantly going off narrative, covering content that really isn't crucial into the events of the chapter's here and now, and far, far too much attempt to create insight into a character's thoughts when it is not at all important to do so. The story stalls very hard, especially the first half (I'm currently on Ch 27 and finding, in some instances, up to 70% of a chapter to be pointless to the story itself.) of the story. You have three primary targets, so to speak. Harry himself, then Snape's journey, then the line to see Dumbledore nailed for his actions. There are entire chapters from a friend's perspective that could be summarized in perhaps 250 words, instead you take nearly 2,000 to achieve the same result. This makes it very difficult to get absorbed into your story.

What's been presented so far is fine and all, but the fact is that I can summarize the first 25 chapters in a few paragraphs and not really miss anything you'd label as crucial hurts a bit.

I really like this story. It's an excellent read and I look forward to reading what happens in your next chapter.

Please post this chapter using a different way as it is a pain to try and read in this form.
