This is very good. I really enjoyed it. The Peter and Neal dynamic was excellent throughout. They had fun, they fought, they annoyed one another but mostly they cared. They both enjoyed the investigation and finding clues and strategizing. I liked the familiar White Collar characters too. Diana is amazing in how she understands what needs to be done. Mozzie was good, paranoid and helpful at the same time. I liked your original character Josephine who was fascinating and had a good heart. The original character Toffle was a big surprise at the end, I was glad she was not a character from the show. The use of the poison at various points had me very nervous. Fortunately for Neal all he did was tell Peter everything. It strengthened their friendship and Peter will trust Neal now that there are no secrets. I do always feel sad for Neal over Kate. He truly loved her and it has taken him a while to recover. A great plot, intriguing criminals, several tragic deaths. A great out come. Thanks for writing, I am going to catch up with your other stories.

Great story! Love the pacing and characterization. You did a good job with your research this chapter. Here's another fun fact about the Makarov for you: it has a smooth bore, meaning that those little ridges most spent bullets have that can be traced back to the pistol that shot it don't exist!

I love all of your White Collar stories, but this is one of my favourites. I love your writing style and I always find that I can't stop reading... good job :)

I really had no idea where you were taking this story right up to the end (i was sure Neal was going to grill her about Kate), but you contructed it beautifully and there was never a dull moment. I was totally engaged from beginning to end!

I'm sorry I took so long to read this delightful story from beginning to end but there was a reason. I wanted to savor it. I enjoyed every twist and turn. It's on my list of favorites. The ending chapters with drugged Neal and protective Peter were delicious.

Josephine's words struck a nerve. Let's hope Neal, now in Paris at the end of Season 6, chooses the right path. I see him providing security for the Louvre, not planning to rob it.

One of my favorite chapters thus far! You nailed the delightful canon humor, Peter and Neal's relationship, the familiarity of the Burke's with Neal ... and ended the chapter with Neal heart-warming decision.
