This chapter's amazing! You've definitely done great with the characters, so I wouldn't worry too much about them being OOC - after all if it makes them fit in the story better, why not? And Kyani's not a mary-sue - even though I did say she seemed like it before because I couldn't exactly spot some flaws. But that's alright, this story has a long way to go.

I like Kyani's ability... Moving stone/earth? I just kind of find that she and Gray are progressing a bit too fast, even if they knew each other they could have changed a lot and wouldn't be so eager to snuggle and hug and all... But then again, they have special circumstances... :/

When I read the first chapter I thought that Kyani was going to be a Mary Sue, because all the OC become that. But... she isn't! O.O
