Wellll... that was very endearing. Brynn made the choice from heart, I believe? She is a soldier, and will not abandon those to wich she has sworn to serve. But the call to the end, to the other side, is ever persistent, and perhaps she decided that she could leave the lords, know that they were in safe hands? Either way, this end for her is very fitting.
