I really liked this story, liked it better than the episode...

I've been reading from the beginning, and I wanted to let you know how much I've enjoyed this story. The characters feel spot on, and the mind-reading gag was perfect. Nothing felt contrived or forced, and that's not an easy thing to do! Your story was well-written with an excellent mix of humor, drama and action. At first, I was hesitant to read since it was based on one of the few episodes I haven't seen, but I'm glad I decided to give it a try. It was a great start to my mornings when I came here and saw a new chapter.

I look forward to reading more of your work! Awesome job!

I really, really enjoyed this story. It was built around a great concept - I always thought that Murdock shouldn't have walked away unscathed from a near-lynching. And even though I was fairly certain that you would give Murdock back his voice, the scenes where Face seemed to have a psychic link to Murdock were fun and read like they could've really been in an episode. Well done!

This chapter is absolutely priceless. Even in his sleep I could hear Murdock pass a zinger or two BA's way. And the last couple of lines, well Face was just so...Face! Loved it.

LOVE THIS STORY. JUST HOPE MORE COMES SOON. AND THAT BA DID NOT HIT MURDOCK TOO HARD. FEEL KIND OF SORRY FOR BA. HE WILL FEEL PRETTY BAD WHEN IT DAWNS ON HIM WHO HE HIT. MURDOCK WON'T FEEL SO HOT EITHER WHEN HE WAKES UP. :( HOPE MORE COMES SOON. LOVE SO FAR. LOVE MURDOCK STORIES. :)

Love all the action. And the Face and Murdock interaction just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. But man...poor Murdock; goes to help his friend and gets knocked out :( Very good coupla chapters!

It looks like BA was suffering from the same conclusions as Hannibal. I can only hope that Murdock wakes with a mood similar to Face's response to Hannibal. (somehow I doubt that BA will feel much like laughing.)
