i really liked the first chapter, but i was very disappointed with the strong language in the interview in chapter 2. in my opinion, it should be rated 'm' for language. not sure if i will continue reading or not. you are a very descriptive writer and i enjoyed the story so far except for that one issue.

aaw, beautiful ending! As always, an amazing last chapter. Loved how you finished the story. A cute and kinda happy ending with Rick and Kate being together in the loft, and at the same time a little supsense left concerning her mother's case... So you can build on that whenever you feel like it and confront your fictional characters with it ;)

Thanks for updating so regularly and presenting us with a very very nice fanfic. I'm ready for your next story and sending some digital inspiration... In the meantime I'm waiting for 4x07, as eagerly as you are, and hope the best as well :)

Well done wrap up of the case. So the pizza guy was just so Rick would have a reason to pocket Julie's money and get the evidence. Good twist!

Great chapter - not a filler at all. Kate doesn't listen to Castle's reservations or check to see who else was in the alley. She helps the grieving girl and acts like a friend instead of a detective.

I'll finish this in a PM, because I don't want my theory to spoil the story if I've figured it out. :)

I love how Kate's being totally open with him about being tempted to commit suicide and how his books kept her mind busy so she could heal some. Rick was wonderful - I like him more when he's not whining. And I love how Kate was going to make him breakfast - I assume some 'thank you so much for last night' pancakes - then let Alexis choose... and A chose pancakes. Nice. And I can only imagine the fun of having a glow party with Caskett's friends and A's friends all together!

I've never tried to write a mystery. You're doing a really good job with it.

Great concluding chapter! I like how you charactarized Beckett as emoionally vulnerable and unworthy of Castle; the undeserving comment was very powerful.

I agree; this next episode will be very importnat; perhaps for Alexis the most. Her boyfriend will not be there when she needs him the most and for her to realize her dad is in danger at any time and perhaps arguably safer with an armed partner.

For Beckett, I wonder if she will reconsider her desire to wait until her mother's case is solved before pursuing Castle. The jealousy factor of the 'Eye' episode was important and the possibility of losing him before he knows how she really feels about him that may weigh heavily.

It'w what makes this series so compelling.

What a good chapter, with Rick asking Kate about how Julie will live again. I really love her answer about someone kicking the door , Rick taking care of Kate when she's too messed up to take care of herself. Love it.
