I always thought that was one of the saddest situations in the series, at least before their eight hundred years were up. Now I know it is. Knowing one's own future never seems to be a good thing. You really showed Jonathan's emotions in a way the book itself didn't, and turned a regrettable situation into a real tragedy. I feel like that was... necessary, almost. Somebody had to do justice to the poor Zombie Master, and I loved the way you did it. Very good story.

Small issue with the name at the end, though - neo-Sorceress Vadne did that to Milly, not Irene. The worst thing Irene did to Milly was marry her maidenhood crush.
