Oh no. As bad as the last chapter was, this one makes me feel worse :( As bad as I feel for poor Lily, I almost feel worse for her family. They're used to teasing and laughing and having fun together - waiting together on her death bed can't be good at all.

Great writing, I'm crossing my fingers for her!

Aww...sweet, sweet Louis. This chapter, I thought, flowed especially nicely. Not to mention it recapped the personalities/problems of the new generation, something I really needed. The 3rd to last paragraph is really poetic. Well done.

Oh, wow. That was hilarious. It was light and cute and just happy. I know I said I liked chapter 7, but now Hugo is for sure my favorite. I've always, for some reason, liked Hugo and his personality in a lot of fanfics, and this is probably my favorite of all of them. I love how he aspires and dreams, but also really works toward his goal. I was smiling all through this chapter, and laughed aloud at "(though honestly, it wasn't him, Professor, it was Fred, even..." and especially at the fourth paragraph. "Maybe they'll help them. Probably not." Hugo's character is brilliance. Well written.

BEST ONE YET! I can see Roxie's life passing in a swirl of love and pain and mistakes. Beautiful details and wonderful storyline of a hurting girl. I like how she doesn't care that she's not perfect, and seems not to care about much else either. This is really showing how the majority of most seemingly shallow people are really those who need the love most.
Albus's was also unique and brilliant. Your descriptions are just sheer perfection, especially in showing that your characters are not. They all feel like real people because of the feelings and stories that you give them, and I like it a lot. Your profile of Albus had my heart from the first line.
And Molly's was simply...simple. It was pure and simple, even though her feelings weren't. Just...ahhh. Perfection.
So sorry that I have no corrections or anything for you; Your writing is great. If I find anything you can work on, I'll let you know.

So far, it's beautiful! I looked ahead at the chapter titles and they're making me very, very excited to keep reading. I like the recurring theme of the last sentence "And it looks like magic." It really gives the story a poetic sort of feel. So far, my hopes are that each character is unique and all the stories are not the same with different names, but I know that can be hard with so many characters. So far it's all been good. I paticuarly liked Dominque's profile-type-thing because of the ending, so sweet and strong and true. Can't wait to keep reading! Just thought I'd record my thougts at this point in the reading.

Ahh, a cliff hanger! Poor Lily! I really hope she is OK (please don't kill her off!) and I'm looking forward to the next chapter. This chapter was, like all the others, brilliantly written and I love how you can feel the pain the whole family is going through.
