Aargh, this story was heartbreaking! But beautiful, of course, the fact that it was Charlotte's birthday almost made me cry...they show her once, in the first season, but it's not all that clear so I think your description of her is just as good as anyone's. Wonderful job, I'd never considered the fact that Red John might have killed them in the morning. Interesting...
