Love this couldn't stand Jenna, Lori or Catherine none of them fit like Kono

I've always figured that characters like Lori and to a lesser extent Catherine were introduced because they felt the need to have 'strong female characters who put the men in their place'. Kono and Jenna were much more well received because they were strong characters on their own and didn't have their strength tied up in how they interacted with the men. They competent and knowledgeable and knew who they were. (It's really telling when a woman who betrayed Steve is more well liked than the love interest/potential love interest.)

I could've maybe tolerated Lori more if she actually had a character. All we really got from her was that she was supposedly a profiler - but let's face it Criminal Minds has upped the ante for profiler characters and she didn't make the cut. (Imagine a crossover the BAU and Five-0 and one of the CM characters just wrecking Lori's 'profile'. Also, Reid in Hawaii. Just saying.) - and I guess we were supposed to see her as a no-nonsense woman who didn't put up with the men's 'childish' antics but she just came across as snotty and condescending.

Never liked her either. Loved how she was put in her place b Steve3. Something like this should of happened on the show. To me at time it seemed like she was trying to get in between Danny and Steve.

Great story. I haven't like lori since she came on the show. I don't understand way she there. Hope she leaves soon.

Personally, I wish CBS would hire you to write for the show. The character of Lori does nothing for me either and after 9 episodes, first impressions havent' improved. Have you heard about this petition?

Haven't even read your story yet - just the intro so far - and I already like it. I also wish Bori-Lori wasn't around. *gags*

Left Bori-Lori locked inside the car... yeah, that seems like a good place for her.

And to refer to herself as 'Special Agent" is laughable, especially after she was introduced by the Governor as 'Officer'.

Maybe she will find her place on the team? ... oh, please God, may it never happen!

I like it did you note that Steve ever along with her it only when Danny asked her to talk him out of fight that they only for the first time. and when she asked about Steve from Chin, he shoot her down with a look that said "what are you on"

I would LOVE to see this in the show! I really don't like her addition to the show at all and I would love to see her get put in her place by Steve. Thanks for sharing!

I really liked the story. I hope that they would do this on the real show. It seems like they're trying to pair up Steve with her. And it doesn't seem right. They just met.. And she might mess up the dynamics of the team. And I really hate it when tv shows replace a main character with a new "pretty and hot blonde".

Omigod, I really hope that this will happen in the show. With the amount of screen time she is getting, I feel like the producers are trying to shove Lori down the viewers' throat. She is seriously eating into McDanno time. Things that Steve should be doing with his darling Danno, he is doing with Lori instead. I am praying she disappears from my screen too. It will be super awesome if she leaves the show the way she did in your fic. Thanks for the very satisfying read!

Lori is kind of bleh for now, seems that the writers don't really know anything about her, or maybe the actress just doesn't infuse her with any life. Your story fits to that.

Love your story ! I totally agree with you ! Lori's caracter is getting Kono's time ! For me, Five O is just and only Danno, Steve, Kono and Chin ! Not Lori and her perfect face ! Why she is here ? Steve got a good time ! he needn't a profiler ! What's going on with season 2 ?
