i was into finnick/johanna before we got info on annie too (and after we did..) and i really like what you're doing here! i thought the detail of snow actively discouraging cross-district relationship made sense and gave a little extra to the expected "secrecy to keep finnick's clients from being jealous" angle
also, i'm v intrigued by the detail of sort-of mutual seduction before johanna's games. i would love to see more of their thoughts during that, either reminiscing or as a spin off

my favorite thing was johanna always saying "you know" instead of "i love you", it's sweet and sad and seems just the sort of thing she would do

I ship Finnick and Johanna more than anyone in the books, but I have never found any romantic Finna story till I read this. And your story makes me wanna collapse into tears or just punch myself in the face. It's so soft and sweet and every-beautiful-adjectives-in-the-world. I wish you would comeback. I really adore this.

I swear this is the most amazing fic I've ever read. The characters of Finnick and Johanna are so real, their relationship is so bittersweet it just hurts, but the good way. I really enjoy reading every chapter and to be honest I probably have read each of them at least 6 times. You have a talent for sure and ideas that make my Johanna-Finnick heart so happy (they are my OTP but unfortunately in the books he has Annie and I was just heartbroken). So I hope you will continue to update and probably finish the fic. It is my favorite and with the characters I love so pretty please give them their happy ending. I assure you I can wait for your writing because it is worthy all the way.

Amazing chapter! I really enjoyed it. It's painful for Johanna to see Finnick have to sell himself, but she knows the reasons why. She does love him, Their interactions with each other make me smile.

Great chapter! This is unusual pairing but I really liked it, and you stayed true to the characters. I don't like it when they go too OC. and I loved how Johanna says she loves Finnick. :)

Awww, this was adorable. Sometimes just soppy romance is needed in a story all about action. Because then it just gets boring, and you don't want your story to be boring. I'm really glad you updated, but now I'm hoping you update soon. :)
