| MustafaSuzzivan chapter 1 . 10/14/2011 You know, I think Prince Plain is the most painfully boring character to hit GG in a long time...and yet this fic almost made me feel for him :( Almost! The most important thing is Dair and you executed that brilliantly :) I loved how you went back to Blair's eating disorder, her insecurities over Serena, etc. My favourite lines: - He inhales, her polite prince. Then he cracks inside-out and she wants to touch him but she can't. She doesn't cry, but he does. - Flush it down the toilet, get a flat belly, brush her teeth, smile and yes of course, everything is fine. Just fine. - Utters no words, really, just walks into Dan's loft and presses his palm over it. Warm from holding his coffee mug. - It's easier breaking apart on the other side of the bridge. - Ugly-crying, but Serena does it better. - He doesn't complain as she curses at him and snaps at the nurses because her bed isn't comfortable and then breaks down and sobs against his plaid shirt (with his heart thundering underneath) - He is Blair's and Blair does not share. Beautiful. |

"Hi," she whispers into the shivering body that was a part of her minutes ago; forever will be. Something she never expected; wasn't part of her plan. Something perfect. And for the first time in her life, she realizes what three words, eight letters truly, fully mean. This was just, wow. I love how you used 3 words 8 letters in such a meaningful way. Amazing job :) |

| cathedrals chapter 1 . 10/9/2011 This was great to read. I'm still hoping that Blair won't have the baby on the show, but it was really sweet here. The way that Dan was always there in the background, and Blair realizing how simple/pure love can be. |

| Catie chapter 1 . 10/8/2011 This is lovely. I have no idea what the heck the writers would do with a baby on Gossip Girl, but if she has it, I hope it's a like your last scene. I love the idea that Blair (who has such wrong-headed ideas about love) would finally understand it looking at her newborn baby. I also thought Blair telling Louis was done very, very well. And of course DB was lovely in the background, definitely the promise of more, something waiting in the wings. I liked how you did that too. I hope you write more about Blair! |
