This is beautiful. Absolutely amazing n lovely.

Favorite moment? All of it. This is my favorite kind of fanfiction! John injured and Sherlock frantic. And then John recovering and Sherlock worried and tense. My heart aches... Great story!

"What are you doing? Sherlock snapped, rushing forward and pushing with surprising gentleness on John's shoulders. "You can't move, you need rest."

"...I swear I'll never forgive you if you're dead." I love these boys!

Favorite line so far! On to chapter 2!

John's a bit OOC in this chapter; I feel like he'd be calm and collected once he found out Sherlock done something stupid again. The offhanded comment "Stupid Lestrade" is harsh coming from polite, amiable John despite his worry. I also feel that John would plan a course of action with Lestrade rather than rush in recklessly (surely Lestrade knows about the gun by now, even if he doesn't I doubt he would arrest John). Sorry if the criticism sounds too harsh - that wasn't my intention.

The case is Moriarty - a tad predictable and probably didn't need 10 chapters for it's grand reveal imo. I'm still curious about the suspects from chapter 1 - they certainly sounded interesting.

Sherlock's arrogant "Yes. I am the best." is so him, it almost sounds modest.

John's swearing makes everything better.

I have to admit, Harry and Sherlock getting along wasn't what I was expecting although "total and incomprehensible asshole" is pretty spot on. Only thing I could criticise is the use of first person narrative in the beginning as it jars with the third person narrative you usually use.

I suddenly thought of Pantene adverts with the tagline "Because you're worth it." as John's constant reminder to Sherlock :D

As per your insistence, my favourite quote is Sherlock's lips "cultured, disdained". I feel these two words basically sum up his interactions with other humans.
