I liked this and the Martha you wrote here. Martha is better than that-she'd do just about anything to comfort and protect the Doctor except cheapen herself. I'd so like to read the aftermath of the Doctor's actions. It does fit rather well with the episode-especially the Doctor's fierce look while he watched her kiss Riley.

Poor Martha. This was so sad.

Martha is my favourite companion ever. She's always so strong.

I so wish her hopes would come true. Maybe you will write a sequel?
