Actually am nearly on the verge of tears! This was so amazing and heartbreaking and..real! It deffinitely felt like it came from the mouth of George himself, wish I could write him half as good this was perfect, even if im feeling a bit too sad afterwards.

This was amazing, how you manage to make a Grandfather/Grandaughter story so beautiful is beyond me, you are clearly very skilled! I loved every single part of it , you certainly have an extreme knack at making the characters your own and I love them :D

Funny and bittersweet. Love how you saved George signing the letter "Love" until the very end. Great use of progression through the years, how George slowly stopped regretting, but never stopped remembering. Brilliant.

I love how Lucy is portrayed in this. I'm not really familiar with next-gen so I can't say much else about her characterization except that I enjoy it. The second-person narration doesn't work too well for me, but that's a personal preference. I loved the gift of the "The Way things Work" book, that was just adorable! In fact, the whole dynamic between Arthur and Lucy was beyond sweet, and the ending brought tears to my eyes! This is lovely, thank you for writing it!
