Wonderfully intense. I can actually see him doing something as uncharacteristic as visiting a grave for her sake... I can't quite explain why, but the fact that someone else moved into her house was the part of this ff that hit me the hardest.

Of course, she will never be forgotten. Even after centuries passed, ppl will look back at the art of our time, like we do when our teachers make us read baroque poems, and if some things from our time will be remembered, something as big and significant as doctor who will certainly be amongst them. They're gonna watch it in the far future, and Liz will be in it.

As if we could ever forget Sarah Jane... I could definitely see the Doctor reacting like this.

And so they've started airing the last episodes of SJA? I will have to find those... and hope I don't bawl like a baby while watching (I teared up big time the first time I rewatched School Reunion after Lis Sladen passed away).
