wow... Hime-chan's pretty fierce! I guess I'm on Ichigo's side more, because I can understand how hard it must be to relive such a fresh memory... but Orihime's right too, in the sense that the past can't be evaded. I just hope the two, you know, talk things out and, just breathe I guess. Your writing style is admirable, do continue!

It was quite intense and beautiful at the same time... bittersweet... I loved the depth of emotion you portrayed here. Although I have just one question, couldn't Orihime heal herself? Or maybe her reiatsu's become too weak after the accident that she can't call her fairies...

lack of clear, honest communication is the root of so many problems in relationships (of every type, not just romantic) in real life, so i'd judge for ori & ichi its no different. neither speaks their true thoughts either for fear of arousing negative feelings in the other or because they feel defensive or attacked instead of just listening, and so on. so the argument is likely an equal fault situation, though i'm glad isshin used the bread as a weapon. maybe its more 60% ichi's fault for not being honest about the reasons for his reservations. hope they do some healing next chap & we get some new baby-making efforts soon. getting preggers can be a difficult process, especially if it turns out she's got scar tissue in story or just due to emotional stress causing problems. hope we get a scene of either isshin or renji or one of the other guys talking with ichi & laying some wisdom on him, along w/a bit of comic relief perhaps...

I think I'd agree with Ichigo. I mean, she's still recovering and all from the accident, Orihime might have problems if she conceives.

This is a good start. I like it quite a lot. I don't see the touchiness if it at all.
