Reveals yet another of JKR's plot holes: Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape are both expert Legilimencers (and there may be others such as James as well) yet both (all) fail to use their skill to ferret out the unknown spy in the order of the flaming turkeys. After the deaths of so many in the Order you would think that they would be up in arms and forcing Albus to do something about the spy problem.
