Amazing story , personally I think kola wading lion king 2 is because the maskers of the film did it put Iphigenia into the story to make it the Romeo and Juliet story that is was, but want I don't get is why they didn't make a lion king adventures series like they did with the book series?

This was a beautiful story. I loved Lion King as a kid, and I enjoyed the second movie too. But those plot holes annoyed me. This fic nicely fills those voids and questions raised by LK2. I did often wonder if the newborn cub shown at the first movie's ending was a different cub to Kiara. So is Kopa actually a canon character? I honestly didn't know that.

You brought across such a sad and gut-wrenching scene as Simba recalled his son's death. It worked very well, and both Simba and Kovu were very much in character.

In fact, the whole story works very well, and I haven't noticed any mistakes to be honest. Well, not that I can see. So, no tasting of medicine from me. :)

Additionally, I've just recently discovered your web show reviewing fanfics, and I have to say I adore it. You're incredibly funny and very talented, and each show garners a laugh from me. It's simply unbelievable just how many bad fanfics are out there. I'm sad you don't do this show any more. But no matter. I loved this fan fiction! The Lion King 2 has always been my favorite Disney sequel and I just think that this fan fiction is a great follow up to the movie. You've also inspired me to write my own lion king fan fiction.

Nice job with this. I'm not overly into Disney flicks but I do recall liking this movie. Good job keeping the characters in-character. Also, I've recently marathoned your webshow. You're pretty funny! If you don't mind, I would like to write some fanfics about your show eventually. Rest assured, I won't be writing anything that involves your characters spanking each other. Nice Story, a little sad but, still a good story.

I really liked it.

Very nice. No noticeable spelling/grammar errors, which is rare. I like the back-story given here, adds some gravity and fills in the only major plot hole in the Lion King series (unless you count 1 1/2...)

My only gripe is the lack of description of their surroundings. It's not hard to picture them for me, but small details are missing. Is the wind blowing their manes askew? Are there other animals around? etc.

I like this! I am a huge fan of all three of the lion king movies. And I did always wonder why exactly Kovu's family had been banished, and this sounds like it could've actually worked in the movie ( if Disney would ever actually do that..). This is going in my faves! Btw, I love your videos! I'm subscribed to you on YouTube! :)

This was very well done. It was nice seeing the friendship that Simba and Kovu established in the movie cemented in a scene like this. Based on how Kira was in the movie, and how Kopa only existed officially in some non-canon material, I can certainly believe she be that heartless.

Now comes the nitpicky parts. I'm not so sure "king" should be capitalized, even though it is being used to refer to Simba. Next, I did notice a few grammar errors as follows: the phrase "I lead a search party..." should read "I led a search party...," half-heard is supposed to be hyphenated, "Pridelands" is actually "Pride Lands," and "Priderock," as you have it in the last paragraph, should be "Pride Rock."
