A lovely M-rated tale from 2011, exploring an alternate path to the Harm/Mac fanfic pairing. This was a well-written "adult" take on a relationship and reminds us of how much we lost when Trevor completed his life-journey ahead of schedule in 2016. Thanks mate - this was a good story. Well, this was certainly to the point. However, it is the portrayal of how this relationship might work on an emotional levelnthat holds the story together. And the ending with pilot jargon has a nice double meaning.

normally I am a Mac/Harm shipper but I like the idea of Skates/Harm too.

This is the first ever JAG fanfiction I've read, and can I just say that I doubt I could've picked a better one to start. Reading this story I seriously cannot understand how the producers put Harm and Mac together when you've written such an wonderful romance between Harm and Skates. I wish it was more than just five chapters, but otherwise I love it. Well done :)
