-This whole section is against the site rules. The only reason you should be putting SECTIONS of a song's lyrics in a fic is when they are pertinent to the situation. At least then it wouldn't look like you're padding your chapters.

-Why is Dennis in Louise's room at night? Hell why is he even still at the academy after assaulting a noble? Why isn't he in a jail cell left to rot and who payed for the regeants needed to heal him? Why is he getting special treatment without being someone's familiar?

These aren't flames but opinions and questions that I would like to be answered.

Um... I'm not sure how this chapter is related to your story... Not to flame here, but I think this chapter has made the story go off topic... None the less, quite good all together.

Nicely done! Tour story should definitively get more review. Also, your french is much better than what you can normally see on . Some mistakes but way better than the average. So! You should use other word than "roturier" in French we hate repetition (that's why French is troublesome language), for example : gueux, paysan, or manant. Also it's "Ne le laisser pas s'échapper !" for don't let him escape. But well that's the grammar nazi in me who is speaking like I said your French wasn't all that bad! Keep the good work.

It's great you want to put music in your story but try to refrain from putting the lyrics to the whole song in a chapter. A lot of stories got pulled for doing that to let you know.
