This is really very good. I love that you were able to capture the despair of both of their injuries without getting too graphic. (Most of the time graphic doesn't bother me, but with cutting/suicide, it's a trigger for me personally.) I think you did a great job of giving their emotions authenticity without being unnecessarily graphic or crass. Really fine line, and you walk it well. You have a great way with words - you seem to choose language really well and it flows naturally. The only critique is that you slip between third and second person in the last chapter some. Great story!
