This was a great exploration of how much they have to deal with when becoming someone else. That he worries that he might not make it back to being himself is quite telling. I love that he went directly to her for comfort and that she we receptive. Solid writing. There is nothing wrong with angst.

I absolutely love the K&D comfort here, how she let him cling to her without protest, how she knew what he needed, how he needed her to just be there, how she made sure to follow him home. I just can't get enough of them. Well done, and thanks! :)

Interesting. But I'm with Kensi - I missed Marty Deeks in this story with his fellow teammates.

This was a good solid short story. I wish you had made it a multi-chapter story. I think there was a lot there to work with. Great angle with the temp being a good guy that everyone liked, except Kensi. I would have liked to know exactly what happened to Deeks out there, but I have a good imagination so I just filled in.

If people havent told you how wonderful your stories are lately then they are crazy ! perfect blend of plotline, character and fluff :D made my day !
